FAQ

IS MFCN A NON-PROFIT ?

YES. WE ARE A 501C3 ORGANIZATION AIMED AT GIVING BACK.

WHAT IF I AM NOT A MINORITY COACH?

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL COACHES TO SUPPORT THE ENTIRE COACHING COMMUNITY.  WE STRIVE TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP THOSE WHO MAY NEED OUR HELP.  WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE.

CAN I HELP MFCN IS SOME WAY ?

YES. SIMPLY CONTACT US.  LET US KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE IN MIND.

Welcome Coaches.  Please take a moment to consider WHY you coach.

It is my strong opinion that Football is the best team sport in the world and that coaching Football or playing Football, within a team structure, provides all of us with experiences that last a lifetime. There is no doubt that being a member of a Football team can be a unique and special experience.  The player, led by mindful leaders, will benefit from his or her experiences gained from being coached.  Coaches, we should own the responsibility and embrace the opportunity to influence young people in a positive way.

My hope and vision in developing this network is that we can assist all coaches to inspire our youth through the game of Football.  I trust our collective efforts can truly benefit and help coaches improve both on and off the field.  I have been blessed with establishing many relationships over three decades of coaching high school football, MFCN will offer networking opportunities to coaches, which benefits those whom may not have those connections.  As a Non-profit, MFCNetwork intends to support those in need and to provide our support where we can in the community.

I feel it is incumbent on us to invest in ourselves, continue to build our personal and professional selves so that we connect with and positively impact others.  The game of Football is special, coaching is special, our players are special; so let’s make sure we continue to assist each other and improve our game.

As coaches, we share a common goal; “produce the best football we can with the best young people we can produce”.  We all WIN by investing in ourselves, our youth and our game”.

I hope that MFCN becomes a valuable resource for you and that you will truly benefit from establishing working relationships and networking with your peers.

Thank you in advance and Welcome to the Minority Football Coaches Network.
